In addition to project management, the Condev team also consists of marketing, sales and finance personnel; contributing collectively to any overall scope of services necessary for a project. Such additional services include, but are not limited to; financial modeling, preparation of proformas and forecasts, coordination of any vertical construction matters, and strategic planning/project promotion and positioning. In sum, the Condev team has the development, construction, marketing and operational capability required to manage any real estate asset.
