July 2006 – Condev Development, LLC has provided consulting services for the preservation of entitlements of the 1,300-acre Meadowlakes PUD in Auburndale, Florida.

August 2007 – As owner’s representative, Condev Development, LLC has secured entitlements and obtained site permits for the 100-acre LaValencia subdivision in Polk County, FL.

September 2007 - Condev Development, LLC has been retained as owner’s representative to contract for and manage the development completion 325-single family residential lots and amenities for the LaValencia subdivision in Polk County, FL.

February 2008 - Condev Development, LLC was contracted by a local consortium of developers and property owners for professional services to manage traffic concurrency requirements for their respective developments. Condev has implemented developer agreements and managed oversight of planning, design and permitting of improvements to Swann Road in Polk County, Florida and will procure contracts and manage construction of the $2 Million improvement project.

May 2008 - Condev Development, LLC was elected to the selection committee of the Saddle Creek CDD to qualify and recommend site work contractors for the commercial and multi-family component of this project in Bartow, Florida.
