From 1968 to 1975 Condev developed, constructed and managed
over 5,000 garden apartments. In addition, it developed
subdivisions and built and sold homes from entry level
(FHA 235) to mid-upper price ranges, as well as condominiums
of ranging densities and heights.

From 1975 to 1983, Condev managed 8,000 apartments for
its own partnerships and other owners. It also completed,
managed and sold apartment and condominium projects for
banks, insurance companies, and REITs; in addition it
engaged in conversion of apartments to condominiums and
also developed a large number of FMHA elderly projects
throughout Florida.

From 1983 to 1990, Condev developed and managed office
buildings, strip centers, flex industrial space, and medical
offices. It also acquired a large portfolio of land for
sponsored partnerships.

From 1990 to Present, Condev is involved in managing,
developing and selling portfolio properties, as well as
developing and selling lots in single-family residential
subdivisions.
•
In 2001, reorganized into a multiple-entity structure,
segmenting the focus and purpose of each company; and
Condev Homes was formed.
