Robert N. Gardner, Chairman

Bob co-founded Condev in 1968 with his brother, Joe Gardner. A licensed general contractor and real estate broker, Bob has served as a director/officer of numerous Central Florida businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves as Chairman of Schroeder Manatee Ranch, the developer behind the city of Lakewood Ranch, located near Sarasota, Florida. Bob also serves on the Board of Directors for one of Florida’s premiere and Golden Seal award winning long-term care facilities.

Joseph J Gardner, President

Joe co-founded Condev in 1968 with his brother, Bob Gardner, and is a Florida licensed real estate broker. Prior to launching Condev, Joe worked in real estate development and acquisitions with a privately held real estate organization, and with the Continental Oil Company. Joe has served as a director/officer of numerous Central Florida not-for-profit organizations as well as on the Board of Directors for a nationwide security company.

Andy Gardner, Vice President of Operations
Andy joined Condev from the Trammel Crow Company where he served as an Asset Manager for institutional clients. He is responsible for Condev’s current and long-term financial objectives, and oversees all aspects of finance, accounting and analysis. Andy received a BA in Business from Ogelthorpe University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Chris Gardner, Vice President of Land Acquisition and Business Development
Chris joined Condev in 1997 after serving as the Southeast Marketing Director for a national organization. Over the last 10 years Chris has led Condev’s expansion strategy into emerging markets throughout Florida. He has overseen the acquisition and development of over 5,000 acres and 7,500 residential lots. Chris received a BA in Marketing from Appalachian State University and is a licensed real estate broker.

James M. Park, PE, Vice President of Land Development
Jim is a registered Professional Civil Engineer. With over 18-years experience in real estate development, Jim has designed and permitted thousands of residential units, and more than 500,000-SF of office, commercial and industrial space. In addition to master-planning over 5,000 acres, Jim has created numerous athletic and recreation facilities and also improved over 30-miles of public roadways. Projects include Buck Cove in Lake Nona, Belmere, Heathrow International Business Center and the Florida Citrus Bowl renovations. Immediately prior to joining Condev, Jim served as Regional Director for Advanced Drainage Systems, the world’s largest producer of storm products, where he oversaw all activities for Florida. Jim is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Peter Gardner, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Peter joined Condev after serving fifteen years in the Advertising, Marketing and Entertainment industries. As a commercial producer, Peter oversaw productions for Fox Studios, Fox Sports, ESPN, Loreal, and other national companies. He also served as Vice President of Marketing and Director of Sales for Safemark, an American Capital Company; the largest US hotel safe company. Prior to Safemark, Peter’s experience was in Broadway, Film and TV development and finance. He has served as a Board/Committee member for various not-for-profit groups including Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), National Diabetes Association (Los Angeles), Human Rights Campaign, and is a sponsor/participant for the USA Triathlon group. Peter holds a BA in English Literature from Rollins College and his Real Estate License.

Linda James, Corporate Controller
Linda joined Condev after serving 18 years with the Walt Disney Company, where she most recently held the position of Director of Finance. Linda is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
